The standard referred to indicates that whoever treats personal information must inform the involved subject on which information is to be treated and on certain elements that qualify for treatment; the information must be treated correctly, lawfully and clearly, protecting your confidentiality and your rights. Nature of the treated information

We treat personal and tax information, and also economic information that is necessary for continuing relations with clients. Generally, we do not treat information that is sensitive or of a juridical nature, according to art. 4, section 1 of Italian Leg.Decree no. 196/2003; should it be necessary to treat this type of information, we will request authorisation from the involved party beforehand.

Purpose of treatment

Our clients’ information is treated to complete the services they request, to attain the set purposes, and in relation to contractual requirements and the resulting compliance with legal and tax obligations, as well as to permit effective management of financial, business and administrative relations.
